Sub-Lease available

Centreforce moved in to new factory space late last year and subdivided it to accommodate 3 businesses. One of those businesses has just decided to move out and we are able to offer a combination of factory, office and mezzanine storage space with a combined area of 116sqm approx plus shared bathroom, kitchen and foyer areas. There is 3 phase power available in the factory area with a big roller door for external access. The officespace is freshly painted and the carpet along with the rest of the fitout is 9 months old. The co-tenants include Centreforce and Skypics. Both are office-based operations that are reasonable quiet and easy to get along with.

At the end of each seminar there will be an opportunity to decide if you would like to participate in further training and have an opportunity to provide input to the course content and duration. Various options will be presented.

Seminar 1:  Wow! Look at Joomla

Date: Wednesday 28th September

Time: 4.30-5.30pm

Joomla is a content management system that is free and can be used to publish content on the World Wide Web. A content management system (CMS) is a program which allows a person to alter, add to or update their website’s content. It can be used with both text and HTML portions of the website. The development of CMS functionality made it much easier for companies to maintain their own sites rather than paying a website design or development company (or their own IT staff) to update or add information. The basic CMS can be altered using add-ons and extensions that can customize functionality and give a company a highly functional and attractive website that meets their needs.
There are other content management systems available but Joomla continues to be popular

Seminar 2: Getting all that Information under Control

Date: Wednesday 12 October

Time: 4.30-5.30pm

Needing to track or better organise your information? Not sure if an Excel Spreadsheet is doing everything you want? Maybe FileMaker is an option! Discover ways that you can record information and speed up data entry and record details more accurately. Whether you are working at home, in an office or are on the road, FileMaker can offer a solution for keeping track of your most important asset - your information. One of the biggest benefits of using FileMaker over any other database platform, is that it’s 100% cross-platform and can work with ios devices such as iPhones and iPads. This is unique. No other non-web-based database platform gives you this flexibility especially as with just one click, your databases are instantaneously accessible from any web browser in the world! After using FileMaker for over 20 years we are amazed how it continues to develop and do such an amazing number of tasks for us.

Never heard of or seen FileMaker in action? The following link enables you to view a quick overview of FileMaker Pro:

If you are already a FileMaker convert then come along and join in on the discussion and help us discover if there is enough interest to start a Peninsula user group.
